Shipping policy

We ship to the United States. Shipping is free on every order and includes tracking. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. We can't deliver to PO boxes, so please use a street address. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping, email bill@bilmedia.com and we'll sort it out.
